Update 1/7/19: Blanca is still available for adoption. As you can see from the recent photos below, she loves her toys!
Meet adoptable deaf girl Blanca who is looking for a home with a loving person who will cherish her, help her with her mild separation anxiety and always keep her safe.
From her current caregiver: I got Blanca from the animal shelter in February 2016. I thought she was a beautiful dog. She seemed very calm and loving. She is loving but very energetic. She is perfect for a person who loves having a dog by their side. She does not like to be without her owner (she has separation anxiety).
Blanca is a perfect dog, I am just not perfect for her. Her perfect owner is someone who can give her plenty of attention. She would do best in a home with a lot of stimulation like children or another dog. She is the type of dog who will sleep at the foot of the bed. She loves her dog bed, doggie jacket, peanut butter, and bully sticks.
Blanca’s new owner would have to treat her reoccurring yeast infection in her ear once a year. It is not expensive. She is house trained but does have a nervous pee in the beginning but it goes away as she gets used to her new home. I recommend her tail is docked because she constantly wags it and injures it.
