Update 6-4-2012 – Lacy Loo has been adopted. Thanks Dog Foster Mom Laurie for checking on her status for us. You Rock!
Williamsburg, Iowa TBF Animal Rescue Foundation: For Adoption Lucy is a dreamy dog who lives in a world all her own. At night, she spins imaginative tales of fancy and during the day she hides in her alcove watching, smiling, and remembering. Her eyes are always alert. She doesn’t miss a beat. She dreams somewhere and somehow there is a place for her. Someone must be looking for a lovable, couch potato, like her who is playful, happy, and energetic. Lacy Loo is a beautiful girl who is looking for a family who loves the outdoors, loves going for long walks enjoying nature around them. She dreams of a family who spends summer evenings on the couch and winter nights under the bed covers.
Lacy Loo adores people. She has some hearing issues but is completely focused on you at all times so sign language is working great. She wouldn’t do well in an apartment but a home with a fence of her own is exactly what she dreams of so she can safely play. She needs to be an inside dog and be inside with “her pack” but she understands sometimes it’s good to play outside too.

I’m currently waiting for my aplication to get approved to adopt Miss Lucy Loo! She is absolutely amazing
Not only is she a pit bull, one of the best breeds in my opinion, but she is special because of her “disablility” as some would put it. Hopefully, soon she will be apart of family. I’m currently majoring in Psychology and ASL. I hope to one day have Lucy by my side helping deaf children.
Amber this is great news. When your adoption goes through can you send me an email at christina@deafdogsrock.com
Thanks and good luck. Christina
