Update 8-21-2012: Jake has been ADOPTED! Jake is a deaf male boxer mix. His family is living in a tent and Jake is not doing well with the heat or being chained all day. Jake’s mommy has fallen on some bad times and she had to give up all her animals. Jake was all she had left but she feels he deserves a better life then living outside next to a tent in the summer heat. He has had to be chained all day long and all he longs for is a nice cool home so he can snuggle with someone on the couch. Jake is used to being spoiled and he does really well with other people and animals.
Jake needs help now! If you can help get Jake into a rescue, foster or forever home he is in the Oklahoma City area.
