Astro is an outgoing little guy of about 11 months of age who weighs around 20 pounds. He is in great health, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. He is also deaf and has not had the opportunity to learn to be mannerly because homes he was adopted into before coming to Animal
Care Sanctuary did not know how to work with him. To become an awesome companion he just needs someone who will be devoted to giving him the time, training, and guidance that has been missing in his life so far.
Astro loves playing with other dogs and is a very quick learner using positive reinforcement. He is really people-oriented and wants to hang with you and be buds, although at this time he should not go to a home with cats or small children.
